Optics Valley Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Industrial Park covers an area of 100 acres with a construction area of 170,000 square meters. As a high-tech energy-saving and environmental protection industrial park, the park brings together a variety of industries such as government service centers, financial service centers, project service centers and technical service centers, catering and entertainment, and incubation platforms.
The industrial park is located at 208 Guanggu Avenue, Wuhan Area, China (Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and is divided into three phases of development. At present, the first and second phases of the park have been completed. LOPO Terracotta is the designated supplier of exterior wall materials for the third phase of the park.
The third stage of the park consists of 9 small high-rise buildings. The overall design style is stylish and simple, and the visual effect is crisp and clear. The designer used LOPO dark gray and white frosted glazed LOPO terracotta plates. By arranging regularly distributed dark gray and white pottery plates on the outer wall of the building, the 9 buildings were naturally connected together, and the texture of the surface of the pottery plate allowed The building looks more harmonious and flexible.
LOPO glazed ceramic plates use high-tech surface treatment technology to make the ceramic plates have unique antibacterial and self-cleaning functions. Glazed design has a variety of gloss and color gradients, providing more color options, so it has also become the first choice for architects in many custom project designs. In this project, the designer chose a cool color, monochrome frosted glazed ceramic plate, which makes the commercial temperament of Optics Valley building more high-tech and dignified.
